What does the role entail?
In close collaboration with your Business Development team and the executive management, you will take on the following responsibilities:
Market Entry & Expansion
- Develop and implement strategic market entry plans, including supply chain setup, selection of distribution partners, and organization of product launches.
- Drive growth in existing markets through optimized product positioning, pricing strategies, and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine product positioning, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
Partnership Development & Sales
- Build and maintain B2B relationships with food and ingredient companies, distributors, restaurants, and other key market players.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and partnership terms to achieve business objectives.
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the management team.
Representation & Brand Presence
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
- Act as a brand ambassador, presenting Bluu’s vision and values to key stakeholders.

What skills and experiences should you bring to the table?
- At least 5 years of experience in international business development, sales, or a similar role within the food & beverage industry.
- Proven track record in building sales pipelines – particularly for new products or ingredients that require close collaboration with partners.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Passion for sustainability and the future of food.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- German language skills are a plus but not required.
