We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Intern to join our nonprofit organization and provide support in various areas of our programs.

Assist program coordinators with various tasks, such as organizing events, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics.
Conduct research and gather relevant information to support program development and implementation.
Assist with administrative duties, including answering inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files and documents.
Provide translation services by accurately translating documents, communications, and materials from English to German.
Ensure translations maintain the original content's intended meaning, context, and tone.
Review and proofread translated materials for quality assurance.
Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laptops and computer systems.
Perform routine checks, updates, and software installations to ensure smooth operation.
Coordinate with IT support, if needed, to resolve technical issues.

Enthusiasm for our nonprofit mission and willingness to contribute to our cause.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Cultural sensitivity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Prior experience with coordination, laptop maintenance, or translation is a plus, but not required.
