- Love thinking outside the box to develop innovative influencer campaigns
- Possess analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Can adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and are open to learning and growing with the company
- Business fluent in English and German and have strong interpersonal communication skills
