    Requirements

    • 5+ years of work experience as an HR Manager, HR Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations in Germany.
    • In-depth knowledge of German employment regulations.
    • Proven experience in payroll management and HR administration.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
