Head of Projects (m/f/d) at OroraTech

Lead and manage the project portfolio
Develop and implement project management systems
Establish project priorities and ensure resource allocation
Oversee the planning of projects including scope, timelines, and resource requirements
Implement quality control measures
Lead, mentor, and develop the team of project managers
Maintain regular communication across functional departments and stakeholders
Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers
Develop and manage project budgets
Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards
Identify and implement process improvements

University degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in the Aerospace industry
5+ years of experience as Project Manager with 30m+ budget responsibility
Experience with integrating satellite systems and/or subsystems
Good knowledge of Space Systems & Management principles
Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and Waterfall
