Head of Project Finance at SecondCircle

As the Head of Project Finance, you will be at the forefront of our mission to decarbonize heavy industry on a global scale.

Lead and execute finance and investment strategy for carbon-negative chemical manufacturing plants
Work closely with co-founders and commercial team to ensure financial viability of projects
Commission over $100 million worth of industrial projects
Shape growth trajectory by defining success metrics
Centralize and coordinate inputs from all teams to develop project cases
Lead go-to-market efforts and manage pipeline of investors
Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and capital structure
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute financial strategy

5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related field
Proven track record of leading large-scale industrial projects
Strong understanding of capital structure optimization and project financing
Ability to align financial strategy with business objectives
Experience in cross-functional projects with strong project management skills
Proficiency in financial modeling, investment analysis, and risk assessment
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex financial concepts
