Head of Operations 1GW Assets (m/f/d) at TenneT TSO

TenneT is looking for a passionate Program Director Operations (m/f/d) at our location Hannover who will contribute to the energy transition.

Contribute to and co-own the unit strategy development/implementation
Lead the department Operations 1GW Systems of around 300 members
Monitor and improve operational execution performance
Monitor and improve asset performance
Co-deliver new HVDC assets by supporting Large Projects units
Ensure organizational readiness and operational readiness for new assets
Accountable for asset quality & integrity, availability, Health and Safety, and profit & loss management

Relevant university degree in electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering, business administration or comparable
Relevant working experience in a leading position
Profound asset management, project management and performance management experience in sectors like Energy and Technology
Ability to balance transactional and transformational leadership
Apply management functions and systems as required
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders on Senior Management level
Ability to switch between strategic and operational level
