They are expanding their product and reach after a recent $35m Series B fundraise. The Fullstack Engineer role involves building user-friendly web applications, designing scalable components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The tech stack includes React, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, and more. Tasks
- Design and develop scalable, reusable components and backend solutions
- Lead by example in encouraging and implementing engineering best practices
- Autonomously improve the maintainability and security of the application
- Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to innovate
- Engage with other departments to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the product development process
Requirements
- 4+ years of coding experience, with at least 3 years of Ruby on Rails experience
- Knowledge of TypeScript, React, Next.js, and React Query
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience in designing, developing, and documenting REST APIs and automated Testing
- Experience in developing and maintaining design systems
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
