Salary Range: Professional IC L2: 50.000 - 67.000€* for 100% full-time + VSOP (5% of annual gross salary)

Your mission

HelloBetter is a pioneer in the field of digital healthcare. For more than 10 years, we have been developing evidence-based digital health applications for the prevention and treatment of mental health conditions. Our applications cover a variety of areas, including stress management, depression, problematic alcohol use, panic disorder and anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders.
Six of HelloBetter's ten applications are approved as digital health applications. They are available free of charge by prescription to all insured adults in Germany.

In 2025, HelloBetter is launching its services in France, starting with their insomnia treatment, HelloBetter Insomnie.

Your objectives

As we begin to introduce HelloBetter's digital health applications to the French market, this role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the early stages of our expansion. You'll be centrally positioned in our efforts to grow and will play a crucial role in shaping and developing our services to meet the needs of our users.
Your part-time role (20-25 hours/week) offers generous schedule flexibility. To maintain our commitment to providing timely feedback to our patients, our team spreads their working hours across five days.

Conduct Written Online Coaching: As your main objective and part of our digital health applications, you'll conduct written online coaching in French, empowering patients with valuable insights and guidance.
Patient Support: Assist our patients with technical and organizational requests through telephone, email, and chat. For more complex inquiries, you'll efficiently escalate these to our Engineering Team.
Marketing and Communication Development: As we grow, you'll support the creation and refinement of marketing materials and communications aimed at both patients and healthcare professionals.
Study Coach Participation: Engage in scientific evaluation studies as a study coach, contributing to the robust research that underpins our digital health solutions.

Your profile

Must-Haves

Licensed or currently training as a psychological psychotherapist in Germany (behavioural, psychoanalytic, or systemic therapy), or licensed with RPPS number as a clinical psychotherapist in France or another French-speaking country.
Native-level proficiency in French and fluency in English, as our working language.
Relevant clinical experience with French-speaking patients.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in e-mental health, such as online counseling or coaching.
Additional training in cognitive behavioural therapy.
Proficiency in German.

About us

HelloBetter was founded under the name GET.ON Institut für Online Gesundheitstrainings GmbH by internationally recognized researchers and psychologists in 2015. In more than 30 randomized-controlled studies, HelloBetter has developed and evaluated 10 online programs from eight specific problem areas in cooperation with Leuphana University, Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, the Free University of Amsterdam, Harvard University and other partners. These programs serve both the prevention and treatment of classic mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety or panic disorders, but also cover topics such as vaginismus or chronic pain. This gives HelloBetter the broadest study base of all providers.

In the meantime, six therapy programs from HelloBetter have been approved by the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) as digital health applications and are available free of charge on prescription for all adults with health insurance in Germany. The work of the expert team has been published in international journals (including The Journal of the American Medical Association) and recognized with various awards (including, Wilhelm Exner Award in Psychology 2016, EFPA Comenius Award 2017, Digital Health Award 2018, EU Compass Good Practice 2018 in Mental Health).

The company is based in Berlin and Hamburg and employs more than 130 people.

Vos Objectifs

À mesure que nous introduisons les applications de santé numériques de HelloBetter sur le marché français, ce poste offre une opportunité unique de participer aux premières étapes de notre développement. Vous serez au cœur de notre stratégie de croissance et jouerez un rôle crucial dans la conception et le développement de nos services pour répondre aux besoins de nos utilisateurs.
Votre poste à temps partiel (20-25 heures/semaine) offre une grande flexibilité d'organisation. Afin de garantir notre engagement à fournir des retours rapides à nos patients, notre équipe répartit ses heures de travail sur cinq jours.

Animation de coaching en ligne par écrit : En tant que mission principale et partie intégrante de nos applications de santé numériques, vous animerez des séances de coaching en ligne par écrit en français, accompagnant les patients avec des conseils et un suivi personnalisé.
Accompagnement des patients : Vous répondrez aux demandes techniques et organisationnelles de nos patients par téléphone, email et chat. Pour les questions plus complexes, vous les redirigerez efficacement vers notre équipe technique.
Contribution au marketing et à la communication : Au fur et à mesure de notre croissance, vous participerez à la création et l'amélioration de supports marketing et de communication destinés aux patients et aux professionnels de santé.
Participation en tant que coach d'étude : Vous interviendrez comme coach dans le cadre d'études d'évaluation scientifiques, contribuant ainsi à la recherche qui valide nos solutions de santé numérique.

Votre profil

Compétences indispensables

Diplôme ou formation en cours de psychothérapeute en Allemagne (thérapie comportementale, psychanalytique ou systémique), ou titre avec numéro RPPS en tant que psychologue clinicien/psychothérapeute en France ou dans un autre pays francophone.
Français langue maternelle et bon niveau d'anglais, notre langue de travail.
Expérience clinique pertinente auprès de patients francophones.

Atouts supplémentaires

Expérience dans l'e-santé mentale, comme l'accompagnement ou le coaching en ligne.
Formation complémentaire en thérapie cognitivo-comportementale.
Connaissance de l'allemand.
