Founders Associate Intern (all genders)

As a Founders Associate, you would play a versatile and dynamic role, supporting the founding team across various aspects of the business. This position would involve assisting with strategic initiatives, investor relations, conducting market research, analyzing data, and helping to develop and implement business plans. You will also be responsible for leading certain transformation projects within the company, preparing investor presentations, and managing key partnerships. You will help with internal operations (such as Finance, HR) and operational tasks (agenda management, office management).

What will you do?

As a key member of our team, you will:

• You will help out the founders on their day to day on an adhoc basis
• Agenda management: read and organize the emails of the CEO, help in managing the investor relations.
• Transformation projects: Since we are a startup, we are still developing certain ways of working and standardising some processes. You will ideate these processes with the founders and take part in / lead these projects to drive change.
• Budgeting and Finance: Help in sorting out team invoices and monthly / quarterly budget planning and reconciliation.Be on the lookout for new markets or collaborations that phelas could benefit from.

Who are you?

• Possess strong execution and writing abilities, with a talent for condensing complex and complicated information to their essence.
• English is mandatory, German is a plus.
• Demonstrate an interest in the renewable energy market and previous experience in the industry, startups, or consulting would align well with the position.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, basic finance and accounting, strategic foresight, and holistic thinking.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity with a hands-on approach, adaptability to changing priorities, and strong collaboration abilities across diverse teams.
