Founders Associate

As the Founder's Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the founders in all aspects of the NGO's operations, particularly focusing on project management and community building. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about social change and eager to gain hands-on experience in the nonprofit startup sector.
Your role
- Support the Founders: Assist the founders with daily tasks, strategic planning, and decision-making processes.
- Key Account Management: Support the founders in the management of key accounts by preparing and post-processing important meetings and managing the communication in between
- Event Management: Organize and manage community events, including post-marathon events, fundraisers, and team events. Ensure events run smoothly and achieve their objectives.
- Fundraising: Assist with fundraising efforts, including grant writing, donor relations, and campaign planning.
- Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and data management.
Your profile
- Fluency in English and ideally German: Both written and spoken.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Able to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-Starter: Proactive and able to work independently.
- Experience in Project Management: Capable of overseeing and executing complex projects.
- Community Engagement: Comfortable with outreach and community-building efforts.
- Performance Metrics Knowledge: Familiar with analytics tools to track and improve strategic efforts.
