Stellenanforderungen
Your role:

Lead strategic projects across departments

Provide dedicated support to managing directors on high-level topics such as investor relations, strategic partner management and company-wide initiatives

Identify, develop and implement new strategic growth initiatives based on well-modelled business cases

Collaborate with the C-Level team to shape and refine the company’s strategy

Report directly to the founder and managing director
Your profile:
-
2+ years experience in a high-growth start-up; executive assistance in a larger company or entrepreneur in residence or MBA (or if nothing of that is you, pitch us why you are the one)

Excellent project management skills

Strong attention to detail and skilled at leveraging data to generate actionable insights
-
Great interpersonal skills with a proactive, results-driven approach

Outstanding presentation skills

Fluent in English and German
