Tasks

Creating and setting up IT hardware and software for existing and new employees for all INERATEC locations
Processing and solving 'first level tickets' in the ticket system
Preparation and implementation of IT training for internal employees
Responsibility for the inventory of INERATEC hardware and software in the asset management program 'ILIAS'
Adaptations to the network infrastructure in the INERATEC locations in cooperation with the network administrator
Documentation of problems and their solution
Adaptation of the IT manual on the intranet in cooperation with the responsible department
Supporting the IT department in any topics and areas

Requirements

Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or other training with an affinity for IT
Several years of professional experience is desirable
Strong communication skills combined with a solution-oriented and independent way of working
Very good English and German language skills
Willingness to travel internationally
