Financial Accountant (f/m/x) at Sono Motors

Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed asset accounting
Perform balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations
Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closings in accordance with HGB; additional IFRS knowledge is an advantage
Support the audits and closely collaborate with the auditors
Prepare VAT returns and tax returns together with the tax consultants and work on other tax topics
Contribute to further development of accounting processes and structures

Degree with focus on accounting, taxes or auditing, or comparable education e.g. certified accountant, tax specialist, or equivalent work experience
Min. 3 years of relevant work experience
Deep understanding of accounting rules and accounting principles according to HGB; additional experience in IFRS is an advantage
Knowledge of / experience in VAT returns and other tax topics
Strong understanding of accounting processes, as well as risks and controls in the various accounting processes
Analytical mind set, conscientious, independent, and structured way of working
Very good team and communication skills at all levels
Very good language skills in German and English
Very good knowledge of MS Office esp. Excel and accounting systems, ideally S/4 Hana skills
