Your responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources
• Conduct trend, variance, and performance analyses to identify patterns and discrepancies
• Analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management and other departments
• Develop regular financial summaries (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track financial performance against budgets and forecasts
• Perform all accounting tasks and independently prepare financial statements and other regulatory filings
• Collaborate in the creation and management of the company’s budget with different departments
• Develop financial forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and company objectives
• Monitor budget variances and provide explanations for discrepancies
• Create and maintain complex financial models to project the company’s future financial performance

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; a master's degree or MBA is a plus
• Several years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights for strategic decision-making
• Precision in handling financial data, ensuring accuracy in reports, forecasts, and documentation
• In-depth understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and economic indicators
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling software, and financial reporting tools (e.g., QAD, SAP, Oracle)
• Ability to clearly convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders, both in written reports and presentations
• Fluency in English and German required, Spanish a strong advantage
