Finance Trainee (f/m/d) at Orbem

Intro

Join Orbem as a Finance Trainee and shape our financial processes while gaining insights into all aspects of Finance in a dynamic startup environment.

Tasks

Supporting daily operations in all Finance areas and taking responsibility for such areas after successful onboarding
Making suggestions to improve existing processes, procedures and documentation after being onboarded on these tasks and executing these suggestions
Support special projects such as the entry into new markets through the creation of subsidiaries or implementation of new financial systems
Financial analysis of Orbem operations to support effective decision-making

Requirements

Successful completion of a master’s degree in a discipline related to finance and/or accounting, as well as strong academic performance
Minimum of one internship in finance and accounting
Leverage critical thinking and analytical skills in decision-making
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills
Strong display of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative, and integrity
Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
Willing to assist in developing solutions to tackle problems and achieve outcomes
Ability to review own performance and progression to learn from successes and setbacks
Proficient knowledge and experience using standard Google and Microsoft tools
Fluent in German and English
Excellent communicator

€50,000 - €55,000 yearly salary, up to €20,000 in equity
