Your tasks

• Would you like to combine your passion for engineering with customer contact? That’s entirely possible! As a technical expert, you are the first point of contact and have central responsibility for our customers in Germany and other parts of Europe.
• You’re happy to take on the challenge of troubleshooting Wiferion devices. With your expert technical knowledge, you can analyse faults, diagnose possible communication problems, repair or replace the components on site and get the system up and running again.
• Do you enjoy variety? As a key contact person, you will be responsible for supporting the commissioning of installed systems on customer sites, from your office at home and from the Wiferion office in Freiburg.
• Documentation is important. For this reason, you record everything you do in service reports with detailed information about customer problems. You keep our Wiferion wiki updated with the necessary information and use the 8D report for fault notifications.
• Are there other things you’d like to do? We are happy to introduce you to a wide variety of other tasks in the field of applications, such as measurements, testing, reviewing documentation and supporting PULS team members at trade fairs.

Our requirements

• Your expertise is based on a technical apprenticeship in electrical/automation engineering or an equivalent subject and at least one year’s professional experience as a service technician.
• A strong interest in technology and a good customer focus are not just empty words, but values that you put into practice every day to ensure that our customers are satisfied.
• You can achieve more in a team. As a good team player, you will make use of synergies from the group while not losing sight of your original goal and working to implement it successfully.
• Do you speak English? A good knowledge of English and excellent German are essential to enable you to work with customers and with the multinational PULS team.
