Deine Aufgaben

Du hast ein echtes Organisationstalent und Du fühlst Dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld richtig wohl? Dann werde Teil unseres CEO-Office-Teams als Persönliche Assistenz! Hier bist Du die zentrale Ansprechperson für unseren CEO Florian und unseren CFO Daniel – mit Deinem Gespür für Prioritäten und Deinem Organisationstalent sorgst du dafür, dass sie stets fokussiert, gut vorbereitet und einen Schritt voraus sind. Deine Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem:

Kalender-, Kommunikations- & Beziehungsmanagement – Du behältst E-Mails, Kalender und Terminpläne im Blick, koordinierst Meetings effizient und pflegst vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu internen sowie externen Ansprechpartner:innen.
Operatives & Administratives Arbeiten mit Präzision – Du erledigst administrative Aufgaben sorgfältig, betreust wiederkehrende Abläufe wie die Rechnungsstellung und sorgst für eine strukturierte, digitale Ablage.
Reise- & Eventorganisation – Du planst und koordinierst Reisen, Team-Events und Offsites – vom Transport über Unterkünfte bis hin zum letzten Detail.

Dein Profil

Du suchst eine Teilzeitstelle (zwischen 20–30 Stunden pro Woche).
Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung als Persönliche Assistenz in einem dynamischen, schnelllebigen Umfeld gesammelt.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Du lebst in Berlin oder bist bereit, für Deinen neuen Job zu ziehen.
Du behältst immer den Überblick – Prioritäten zu sortieren, Deadlines einzuhalten und flexibel auf Veränderungen zu reagieren, liegt dir im Blut. Organisation ist für Dich selbstverständlich!
Du kommunizierst klar und souverän – ob per E-Mail, im Meeting oder im schnellen Update: Du findest immer die richtigen Worte für ganz unterschiedliche Menschen.
Du kannst vertrauliche Informationen absolut diskret und professionell behandeln – Verlässlichkeit und Integrität zeichnen Dich aus.
Du gehst Herausforderungen stets proaktiv an – Du erkennst sie frühzeitig und begegnest ihnen mit strukturiertem Denken und smarten, digitalen Lösungen.

Your tasks

You have a true knack for organization and thrive in dynamic environments? Join us as a Personal Assistant in our CEO-Office. You'll be the go-to partner for our CEO, Florian, and our CFO, Daniel, keeping them focused on what matters most and helping them stay sharp, organized, and ahead of the game. Your tasks will include:

Calendar, Communication & Relationship Management – Oversee emails, calendars and schedules, arrange meetings with efficiency, and foster strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.
Operations & Administrative Precision – Execute administrative responsibilities with accuracy, manage recurring workflows like invoicing, and maintain well-organized digital filing systems.
Travel & Event Logistics – Plan and coordinate travel, team events, and off-site gatherings, managing every detail from transportation to accommodations seamlessly.

Your profile

You are looking for a part-time position (between 20-30 hours per week)
You bring first experience as a Personal Assistant in a dynamic, fast-paced environment!
You have very good German and English skills.
You live in Berlin or are open to relocating for your new position.
You’re a master of staying on top of things – Juggling priorities, hitting deadlines, and adapting on the fly is second nature to you. Organized is your default setting.
You’re a natural communicator – whether it’s emails, meetings, or quick updates, you know how to get the message across clearly and confidently to all kinds of people.
