Das Modell- und Demonstrationsvorhaben Humusaufbau in Ackerböden beim Bund Ökologische Lebensmittelwirtschaft bietet eine Projektstelle für zwei Jahre in einem zukunftsweisenden Praxis- und Forschungsfeld. Die Position umfasst die regionale Koordination und Vernetzung von 15 Betrieben im Bereich Humusaufbau in landwirtschaftlich genutzten Böden. Der Fokus liegt auf der Betreuung der Betriebsgruppe Südwest und der Unterstützung bei administrativen Abläufen, Wissenstransfer und Datenaufnahme. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über eine B.Sc. in Agrarwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, hat Kenntnisse in ackerbaulichen Fragestellungen und ist gut vernetzt in der Landwirtschaft. Die Stelle erfordert Organisationstalent, Flexibilität und Engagement für die Ökologische Lebensmittelwirtschaft und die Transformation der Agrar- und Ernährungswirtschaft.
Tasks
- Coordination and support of a group of 15 farms in the Southwestern region
- Organizing regional meetings and events related to humus building
- Facilitating knowledge transfer within the region
- Assisting with project management and public relations tasks
- Supporting partner farms with administrative processes and data collection
Requirements
- Networking skills with regional agricultural stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of agricultural issues, data collection, and accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences or related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in office software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work
