    The Mission

    As Customer Success (Content) Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' satisfaction by providing exceptional support, building strong relationships and shaping OroraTech’s narrative and amplifying our mission to address global challenges. Your primary role will involve creating and managing compelling content that educates, engages, and inspires our diverse audience as well as you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate through our Wildfire Detection and Monitoring Solution, addressing their concerns, driving adoption and retention. You will work at the intersection between customer service, sales and product development supporting and managing relationships with our customers, partners and other stakeholders globally. By crafting high-quality content, you will strengthen our brand presence, connect with stakeholders, and drive awareness and adoption of our solutions globally.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers - (inter)governmental institutions, corporates and NGOs. Understand their unique needs, goals, and challenges to shape our development and ensure customer satisfaction.

    • Produce customer-facing documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base / help center articles, and best practice guidelines, videos, tutorials etc ensuring clarity and consistency. Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize reach and engagement across platforms.

    • Guide customers through the onboarding process and provide training sessions to educate customers on the features, functionalities, and best practices of our solution

    • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues. Promptly respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to problems, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.

    • Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction, assess their needs, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

    • Gather feedback from customers to gain insights into their experiences and requirements. Advocate for customers' needs within the organization, working closely with product management and development teams to drive product enhancements and improvements..

    • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events as well as visit customers

    • Develop and execute content strategies to communicate OroraTech’s mission, values, and solutions to diverse audiences, including (inter)governmental institutions, corporates, NGOs, and the public.

    Relevant Skills

    At OroraTech, we value creativity, passion, and a proactive approach. Hard skills can always be learned. That being said, we are searching for someone with:

    • 1-2 years professional experience in content creation, communications, marketing, customer support/success, account management or a related field

    • Proficiency in English, with additional language skills (e.g., Spanish or French) being a plus.

    • Exceptional writing, communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.

    • Familiarity with GIS, remote sensing, wildfire management, or related fields is an advantage but not required.

    • Strong understanding of digital platforms, content analytics tools, and CRMs. Previous experience with Hubspot and Adobe (InDesgin, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Aftereffects, etc) are a plus.
