    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated W****orking Student (m/w/d) to assist in the development and execution of the Artist-in-Residence program. This role includes managing program logistics, supporting resident artists, and curating innovative events and collaborations to bring the program to life within the Factory Network ecosystem. 
    The Creative Innovation Working Student (m/w/d) will play a pivotal role in supporting this program, helping to conceptualize, manage, and amplify its impact.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Artist-in-Residence Program Development:
      • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and refine the structure and vision of the Artist-in-Residence program.
      • Manage applications, onboarding, and support for selected resident artists.
      • Act as a liaison between artists, Factory members, and external partners to foster collaborations.
    • Event Support for Artists:
      • Plan and coordinate events to showcase the work of resident artists, such as exhibitions, artist talks, and interdisciplinary workshops.
      • Ensure events align with Factory Network’s vision of inclusivity, innovation, and cutting-edge thought leadership.
    • Community Collaboration:
      • Work closely with the community team to integrate artists and their projects into the larger Factory Network ecosystem.
      • Identify opportunities for collaborations between resident artists and Factory members from various disciplines.
    • Operational Support:
      • Assist in managing program resources, such as workspace allocation, technical equipment, and materials.
      • Handle scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth program execution.
      • Collect feedback and insights to continuously improve the program.

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Cultural Management, Arts, Innovation Studies, or a related field.
    • Passion for art, technology, and interdisciplinary innovation.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Excellent communication skills and an ability to connect with diverse groups.
    • Experience in event coordination or working with artists is a plus.
