Commercial Project Manager (m/w/d) at Vivira Health Lab

Intro

Join Vivira as a Manager for the Commercial Program Management Office (PMO) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse projects and programmes.

Tasks

Research, structure and prepare data sets for the Success team and provide analyses for strategic decisions.
Develop and support (sub-)projects from conception to implementation, coordinate timelines and resources, and ensure targets are met.
Work closely with Success Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Support the Commercial PMO team in various projects and manage own projects or sub-projects as required.

Requirements

Successfully completed university degree.
First practical experience in project work, ideally in a start-up or consulting environment.
Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent Google applications).
First experience in data analysis and preparation.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a creative approach to problem solving.
Can-do mentality and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment.
Outstanding organisational skills, commitment, and ability to work independently.
Team spirit and sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus.
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello or Confluence is a plus.
