As Chief of Staff, you will act as a trusted extension of the founders, supporting them in executing their vision and ensuring alignment across the organization.

• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority projects
• Ensure alignment across teams, timely completion, and adherence to budgets, while meeting customer expectations
• Optimize internal processes, monitor key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to the leadership team to inform strategic decisions
• Spearhead cross-functional initiatives, foster clear communication, and implement OKRs to align teams with company goals
• Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure efficient information flow and address evolving organizational needs
• Represent the company in key external communications, maintaining relationships with investors, partners, and other stakeholders
• Work closely with department heads to ensure the successful execution of strategic business initiatives

• At least 2+ years in high-performance environments, such as venture capital firms, strategy consulting, or fast-growing startups
• Adept at breaking down complex issues and providing practical, data-driven solutions
• Strong ability to optimize workflows and implement operational efficiencies
• Fluent in German and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to independently manage strategic projects while fostering collaboration across teams
• Thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, quickly familiarizing yourself with new topics and challenges
• Open to national and international travel as needed
