The Business Development Manager will support the Leadership team in building and managing strategic partnerships for the Rx (Prescribable Digital Therapeutics) business unit. Responsibilities include identifying and maintaining partnerships, conducting negotiations with health insurance companies and medical providers, market analysis, driving strategic projects, supporting international expansion, and analyzing competition. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in business development, strong B2B sales skills, knowledge of the German healthcare system, and fluency in German and English. Tasks
- Identifying and maintaining partnerships with health insurance companies, medical providers, and affiliate cooperation partners
- Conducting market analyses for new business areas
- Driving forward strategic projects independently
- Supporting international expansion and establishment of new markets
- Analyzing competition through competitive analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, medical, science, or engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or related area
- Strong business development and B2B sales skills
- Experience in the digital health sector and knowledge of the German healthcare system
- Analytical skills and ability to quickly understand new topics
- Interest in working in an interdisciplinary team with strong communication skills
- Fluency in German and English, French is a plus
