Join gitti as a Business Development Intern and be part of a dynamic team focused on accelerating growth in the beauty industry.

Support the business development team, especially in the retail unit's growth in DACH and beyond.
Manage B2B order management and optimize existing processes.
Oversee the B2B webshop.
Identify weaknesses in processes and suggest improvements.
Pitch new products to accounts and oversee product launches with partners.
Support the team in executing expansion plans with partners internationally.
Prepare for internal and external meetings, including coordination and presentation development.

Currently enrolled as a (master) student in Business Administration, International Management, or a related field.
First relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Interest in entrepreneurship and digital business models.
Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to lead projects.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Team player willing to support in various matters.
Availability for 6 months and willingness to relocate to Berlin.
