Intro

Tasks
- Develop, execute and continuously improve strategic plan for the retail banking business in South Eastern Europe
- Conduct market research in the retail banking sector including internal & external benchmarking across countries
- Lead and facilitate collaboration between holding and countries on key initiatives
- Define and implement common KPI Tracking & Reporting across all countries
- Gather and prioritise technical requirements to remain competitive in market
Requirements
- A university degree in business administration, economics or a technical subject with demand on analytical skills
- Work experience in retail banking or a management consultancy desirable
- Experience to conduct market research and document business requirements desirable
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, specifically strong command of Excel to analyse data
- A high degree of social competence and excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn fast and assimilate new concepts
- Willingness to occasionally travel to South Eastern Europe
- A proactive, thorough, and independent way of working
- An excellent command of English in speaking and writing
