The Campaign Producer role involves managing WhatsApp campaigns, coordinating with language leads, and developing engaging content for member engagement. Tasks
- Set up and manage WhatsApp campaigns
- Test and refine campaign flows
- Coordinate with language leads to translate and localize campaign content
- Monitor campaign performance metrics
- Respond to member inquiries and provide assistance
- Develop and implement new ideas and strategies for campaign content
- Adapt and produce engaging content tailored to different audiences and languages
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative campaign initiatives
- Create multimedia content to enhance campaign messages
