Advance Quality Planning Manager (m/f/d) - temporary

As a parental leave replacement within the quality management team, you will work centrally with the various departments and actively contribute to the quality of our processes by advancing the documentation.

Your tasks

• Definition and further development of advance quality planning
• Implementation and evaluation of advance quality planning according to APQP
• Creating QM inspection plans and inspection instructions and coordinating measurement and gauge planning
• Initiating measures to prevent errors with the aim of continuous quality improvement
• Support and moderation of risk analyses such as FMEA and Hazop and participation in corrective and continuous improvement measures
• Processing internal and external complaints in the project phase using 8D reports
• Planning and monitoring the quality requirements for supplier parts, identifying and presenting deviations in parts procurement
• Determining the scope of sampling with suppliers, planning and ensuring the initial sampling of supplier parts
• Supporting responsibility for development quality during the product development process at the supplier
• Supporting the purchasing department in supplier selection and evaluation
• Support in the implementation of internal and external process audits

Your profile

• Mechanical engineer, technician or completed Bachelor's degree in a technical subject
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard
• Experience in advance quality planning (APQP)
• Application knowledge of 8D report, 5Why, PLP, Ishikawa diagram and product / process FMEA
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
