Intro
The Account Manager position at OpenProject in Berlin is focused on customer success and collaboration in a remote setting. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, providing training and support, conducting product demos, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will also collaborate with various teams, document use cases, and contribute to the growth of the platform. Tasks
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients, providing them with training, onboarding, and support
- Deliver training and consulting sessions in both German and English
- Schedule and conduct demo sessions for potential and existing clients
- Reach out to customers to ensure timely renewals and promote additional services or user licenses
- Identify and tailor solutions to meet individual customer needs
- Provide valuable feedback to product, marketing, and sales teams based on customer interactions
- Identify common use cases and document them to assist customers and interested users
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and German
- Previous experience in customer success, sales, or training/consulting, ideally within a tech/SaaS company
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and empathetic approach to customer service
- Passion for open source software
- Proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus
- Experience with OpenProject is advantageous
