- Provide first-level infrastructure operation support for LAN infrastructure
- Collaborate with WAN support team for WAN infrastructure support
- Proactively monitor network alerts and traffic statistics
- Attend to network incidents and restore network services within SLA time
- Prepare documentation for SOP improvement
- Identify initiatives to reduce incidents and improve team productivity
- Perform network administration tasks such as IP address management and ACL configuration
- Provide L2/L3 support covering 24/7 and participate in Major incidents
- Manage and improve operational processes to meet KPIs
Requirements
- Experience in network automation skills like Python and UiPath/RPA
- Knowledge of network performance monitoring tools such as OpsRamp, Splunk, NetScout, NetBrain, DNAC, etc.
- Ability to escalate unresolved cases and adhere to escalation KPIs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in preparing reports for system health review
