Intro
PRISMA is seeking a passionate individual to join their People & Culture team as a Working Student in Office & Community Management. The role involves creating a warm, engaging, and collaborative working environment for PRISMAtes, supporting daily work needs, and enhancing employee experience. The position requires 20 hours per week in the office and offers the opportunity to work in an international and diverse team. Responsibilities include operational activities, office and community management tasks, organizing team events, assisting in travel management, and onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in an international environment, have strong communication skills in German and English, and be open, cooperative, and self-organized.
Tasks
- Take ownership of operational activities to ensure that the daily business runs smoothly.
- Be one of the go-to persons for general office & community management tasks as well as the contact person for guests & service providers.
- Organize team events.
- Assist employees in travel management.
- Learn about company culture and contribute to its growth.
- Provide office and IT material during the onboarding of new employees.
Requirements
- Enjoy working in an international environment.

- Ability to work independently and self-organised.
- Great verbal and written German and English language skills.
