    Tasks

    • Design, configure, and deliver RELEX products to best fit customers’ needs

    • Steer and manage different aspects of retail and supply chain planning implementation projects
    • Gather business requirements from customers and create process documentation
    • Conduct detailed data analysis to guide optimal solution builds
    • Design and build the customer solution
    • Train the customer to become proficient in their customized software solution
    • Test and validate key performance metrics
    • Perform business insight and problem-solving activities at different levels
    • Challenge and develop implementation and solution best practices for different industries
    • Work with the team to expand industry and product knowledge
    • Interact with global teams to assist international projects

    Requirements

    • 2 to 4 years of work experience in supply chain planning, demand and inventory planning, software implementation, or relevant area
    • Experience in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) or manufacturing industry
    • Experience with production or distribution planning and/or scheduling solutions
    • Experience with Microsoft SQL server or other structured programming languages
    • Experience in at least three of the following areas: Supply Chain Management, Inventory management, Demand forecasting, Operations research, Optimization, Logistics, Retail planning & optimization, Business Data analytics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), Linear programming
    • Ability to travel up to 50%
    • Business fluent in Spanish and English
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Previous consulting experience
    • Capability to interact confidently with customer stakeholders
    • Entrepreneurial attitude with an interest in growing the business
    • Strong work ethic, ability to learn on the fly, autonomy in delivering tasks
    • Familiarity with large sets of data
