Tasks
- Governance and tracking of the commercial risk register and associated processes
- Providing regular reports and forecasting to stakeholders
- Optimizing internal operations and documentation
- Supporting digital transformation strategy and process improvements
- Overseeing customer aircraft slot allocation within CRM
- Building and maintaining commercial planning scenarios
- Issuing reliable delivery date assignments and notifications
- Anticipating and identifying delivery risks and mitigation solutions
- Acting as focal point for short-term Sales and Production Matching topics
- Optimizing commercial delivery planning process
- Prioritizing aircraft due for delivery and presenting guidance to management
Requirements
- Aviation or manufacturing slot allocation experience
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Experience in delivering cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
- Strategic planning capabilities
- Master's degree in business or engineering
- Fluent in English
