Intro

Tasks

- Draft meeting notes, concept notes, reports, and other documents as requested
- Assist in the construction of protocols for emergency responses and coordination
- Organize public consultations, meetings, workshops, and seminars
- Support in drafting regulations and legal instruments
- Travel for work-related purposes
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Law, Public Policy, or related field
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in activities related to migration, refugees, protection of migration, asylum, statelessness, or relevant programs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, prioritization, analytical, and drafting skills
- Proficiency in Portuguese
- Desirable: Proficiency in Spanish and English
- Experience in multilateral processes or Federal Government is an advantage
- Previous experience with international organizations or UN system is a plus
- Experience in drafting, implementing, and monitoring public policies and regulations is encouraged
