Intro
The Human Resources Manpower Analyst role involves conducting personnel plans and policy analysis, program management support services, and planning and programming analysis. The analyst is responsible for analyzing personnel plans, programs, and policies, drafting Billet Change Requests, updating workforce and staffing trackers, and supporting the development of long-term growth plans. Basic qualifications include experience with workforce, staffing, and administration, knowledge of HR concepts and regulations, and the ability to develop data summaries for decision-making. Additional qualifications include experience with Total Force Manpower Management System, supporting cyberspace missions, and strong problem-solving skills. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and offers a compensation range of $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 annually at Booz Allen.
Tasks
- Conduct personnel plans and policy analysis
- Provide program management support services
- Analyze personnel plans, programs, and policy
- Apply problem-solving expertise to analyze workforce policies and procedures
- Draft Billet Change Requests (BCRs)
- Update internal workforce and staffing trackers
- Update organizational charts
- Coordinate with external entities on workforce and staffing actions
- Support the development of long-term growth plans and objectives
- Reengineer internal business performance practices and process improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with workforce, staffing, and administration
- Experience with military human resource (HR) management or military workforce, personnel, training, and education
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of HR concepts, principles, laws, and regulations
- Ability to develop and brief data summaries
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience with management analysis or 11+ years of experience without a degree
- Additional qualifications such as experience with Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMs) and supporting cyberspace missions
- Ability to work collaboratively, creatively, and analytically
- Ability to multitask and deliver professional services
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Master's degree preferred
