Intro
KrakenFlex is seeking a Product Manager to help evolve their product for the US market and deliver value to their US customers. The company is focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system and aims to be a leading global provider of solutions for distributed energy resources. The Product Manager will work with customers, software teams, and global product teams to enhance the product strategy, drive product delivery, and support scalability globally. Experience in agile software product management, energy trading environments, and a passion for clean tech are crucial for this role.
Tasks
- Understand and shape requirements from customers and other parts of the business
- Write user stories, user journey charts, and business process flow charts
- Conduct user acceptance testing, product quality sign-off, and product documentation
- Support the development team in delivering the product roadmap using agile methodologies
- Coordinate with regional and global product teams to support scalability and customer-centric approach
- Plan, track, and manage strategic and customer projects driving platform adoption
- Utilize analytics data and research to inform product and design improvements
- Write newsletter and blog updates for customers
Requirements
- Experience in agile software product management
- Ability to manage an agile roadmap with multiple stakeholders
- Strong facilitation skills for client workshops and requirements gathering
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in Energy Trading environment and/or US energy markets
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative
- Experience in UX & UI design is desirable
- Passion for clean tech and contribution to decarbonization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
