Responsibilities include managing operational HR processes throughout the employee life cycle, collaborating with HR business partners, implementing HR projects, and supporting change processes. The ideal candidate should have a degree in law, business, social sciences, or a related field, along with extensive experience in operational HR work and strong knowledge of labor and social security law. Skills in working with Worksday, proactive problem-solving abilities, and fluency in German and English are also required. Tasks
- Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in personalrelevanten Fragen
- Steuerung und Umsetzung operativer Personalprozesse
- Erstellung von Verträgen, Gehaltserhöhungen, Bonusschreiben, Kündigungen etc.
- Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten und Einführung von HR-Systemen
- Umsetzung von Veränderungsprozessen
- Erstellen von Analysen und Auswertungen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im juristischen, wirtschafts- oder sozialwissenschaftlichen Bereich oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in operativer Personalarbeit
- Gute Kenntnisse in arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Belangen
- Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsrat und Führungskräften
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Teamgeist
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Workday-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
