Technical Trainer Assessor

Intro

Stadler Rail Service UK Limited is looking to recruit a UK Technical Trainer Assessor to join the Training and Competence team. The role involves designing, delivering, and improving technical and operational training programs for Stadler rolling stock and supporting staff in maintaining high standards of work and technical expertise. The candidate will need to be a subject matter expert for new Stadler rolling stock and ensure all staff are trained and competent to carry out their roles. Essential qualifications include NVQ/BTEC Level 3 in a relevant Engineering discipline, experience in fault finding and interpreting technical documents, and excellent IT skills. The role offers a PT&C band 4 salary, a 40-hour working week, 25 annual leave days, a defined contribution pension scheme, and other benefits such as enhanced maternity and paternity policies, cycle to work scheme, and company-paid membership of a cashback health plan.
