Intro
EcoVadis is seeking Web Application and Salesforce Support Specialists to assist customers and internal stakeholders with technical issues related to sustainability ratings. The role involves troubleshooting, providing support, and collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Tasks
- Provide immediate assistance on technical issues related to web applications and APIs
- Troubleshoot reported issues and identify root causes
- Collaborate with end users and developers to solve technical issues
- Deliver high-quality support through written and verbal communication
- Monitor logs and application outages for prompt response
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Develop processes for handling new requests from stakeholders
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Master's or Engineer's degree in Computer Science or related field
- +2 years of experience in Web Application Support, especially in Azure .Net environment
- Customer service experience and problem-solving skills
- Team player with motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of ITSM tools, SQL, C#.Net programming, Visual Studio, SQL Server, and Salesforce platforms
- Experience with monitoring tools and Agile software development
- ITIL knowledge is a plus
