Intro
The job posting is for an Education Specialist position at Right To Play International in Lebanon. Tasks
- Provide technical advice and guidance on the development and implementation of education programs
- Lead the design and development of education program strategies
- Support the development of project proposals and concept notes for new projects
- Identify and develop partnerships with education-focused organizations
- Address gender equality, inclusion, child protection, and safeguarding in education programs
- Develop curricula and resources for basic education programs
- Build networks with Education Specialists in other countries
- Stay updated on new developments in education initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, International Development, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in education program development and implementation
- Experience working in partnership development and project proposal writing
- Knowledge of gender equality, child protection, and inclusion in education programs
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Experience in curriculum development is a plus
