Intro
enmacc, Europe's largest over-the-counter trading market venue for energy and environmental commodities, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive recruitment strategies and processes for high-caliber talent in Revenue, Tech, and Operations roles. The role involves active sourcing, conducting recruitment processes, advising hiring managers, and enhancing candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle recruitment experience in a startup/scaleup environment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems. Fluency in English is required, German is a plus. The position offers a dynamic work environment, modern office spaces in Munich, learning and development opportunities, and a diverse international team.
Tasks
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Create meaningful requirement profiles and job advertisements
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes
- Support and advise hiring managers
- Drive innovative EVP and Employer Branding projects
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics
Requirements
- Several years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a startup/scaleup environment
- Stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Proven track record in sourcing high potentials
- Verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
- Energetic and positive personality
- Strong decision-making and self-organization skills
- Experience in People & Culture disciplines is a plus
- Analytical mindset and data-driven recruiting processes
