Intro
The PSP Associate (Salesforce Database) role in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia involves supporting project activities for data migration, system administration, maintenance, analytics, reporting, and stakeholder management within the context of a Salesforce Database Migration project. Tasks
- Support project activities of data migration between legacy and new systems
- Perform user acceptance tests on the functions and operational effectiveness of the new system
- Create performance dashboard and reports in Salesforce
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to satisfy their business intelligence requirements
- Perform regular data administration tasks such as processing monthly donations transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT system management or Information Systems Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in database management or IT system management
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems
- Proficiency in English and Malay
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
