Tasks
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts
- Assist with financial reporting
- Manage procure-to-pay and payroll processes
- Process and manage expense reports
- Prepare payments and perform payroll
- Reconcile payroll accounts and maintain accurate records
- Assist with financial statement account reconciliations
- Support external audits and financial data requests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification required
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
