Intro
The Salesforce Product Owner at EcoVadis is responsible for understanding and improving business processes related to Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Customer Experience using the Salesforce platform. Tasks
- Develop strong working relationships with business stakeholders
- Support the business by applying cross-functional subject matter expertise
- Write features and review user stories
- Document Business Process Requirements
- Analyze data, risk, impacts, scope, and priorities
- Provide leadership on assigned projects
- Collaborate on User Documentation
- Conduct Market/Product Research
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and departments
- Identify and implement process improvements in Salesforce
- Create Salesforce Dashboards
Requirements
- 5+ years of Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Analytical abilities and detail-oriented
- Documentation skills
- Data Management Skills
- Understanding of the Customer cycle
- Focus on automation and productivity increase
- Ability to connect business processes and Salesforce best practices
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Agile experience and working on SCRUM teams
- Business/product owner focus
- Ability to learn and pivot quickly
