Tasks
- Manage the interface between commercial and manufacturing departments
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure seamless management of aircraft slot allocation process
- Collect, maintain, and manage the commercial risk register
- Oversee the quality management of customer aircraft slot allocation
- Communicate delivery notifications to the Aircraft Delivery Manager
- Build and maintain commercial planning scenarios
- Anticipate and identify delivery risks and mitigation solutions
- Optimize the commercial delivery planning process
- Support the digital transformation strategy of the commercial organization
- Provide regular reports and forecasting to stakeholders
- Own internal Commercial Guidelines documentation and division SharePoint
Requirements
- Experience in aviation or manufacturing slot allocation, sales, and production matching
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Experience in delivering cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
- Strategic planning capabilities
- Master's degree in business or engineering related fields
