Tasks
- Writing, building, and sending monthly fundraising emails to warm e-supporters
- Creating effective supporter journeys on Engaging Networks
- Optimising performance across e-communications and landing pages to deliver against challenging income, retention, conversion, and engagement KPIs
- Working with other Fundraising colleagues to ensure digital aspect is integrated into offline activities e.g Direct Marketing, Telemarketing, and DRTV
- Managing digital data with the Database Manager
- Ensuring digital data remains compliant by undertaking regular consent communications
- Reporting regularly to Head of Fundraising on e-performance
Requirements
- Proficient in using Engaging Networks
- Knowledge and commitment to a support-first approach that constantly improves user experience and conversion
- Experience of writing, editing, and optimizing digital content to create compelling campaigns
- Demonstrable experience of optimizing email performance through testing, personalization, and improved targeting
- Knowledge of fundraising regulations, compliance, and data protection requirements in relation to digital marketing
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
