Tasks
- Deliver prompt and high-quality customer service through phone and email channels
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently
- Assist customers with orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns
- Provide accurate information on products and services
- Maintain knowledge of company guidelines and campaigns
- Assist in proofing translations and troubleshooting
- Participate in team initiatives and training requirements
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, additional European language is a plus
