Tasks
- Controlling and directing food preparation
- Conducting inventory management
- Training staff on new menu items
- Delegating tasks and creating duty rosters
- Supervising cooks and ensuring plate presentation
- Accommodating dietary requirements
- Ensuring ingredient quality control
Requirements
- Several years of relevant experience
- Culinary diploma and/or degree
- Fluent in English
- Cooking, leadership, and organizational skills
- Business acumen
- Willingness to relocate to Bethlehem
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends
