    Requirements

    • 2 years relevant experience with High School Diploma or 1 year relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree
    • Good knowledge of UNHCR administrative procedures and processes
    • IT-Computer Literacy
    • Resource planning
    • Financial Management (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday)
    • PeopleSoft Human Capital Management
    • Knowledge of English and UN working language of the duty station
    • Previous experience working with the United Nations is highly desirable
    • Proven hands-on experience in managing medical insurance plans for staff
    • Proficiency in HR ERP systems, familiarity with Workday is an asset
    • Strong background in talent acquisition
    • Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
    • Excellent drafting and speaking abilities
