    Intro

    The PMO Lead position at EBRD involves managing the Portfolio Management Office within Human Resources and Organisational Development (HROD) as part of the HR Transformation programme.     Tasks

    • Build and refine the PMO objectives, interfaces, and channels for engagement with stakeholders
    • Establish and run regular activities such as roadmap planning sessions, risk & issue review meetings, and update briefings
    • Act as a coach to project team members and manage actions arising from PMO sessions
    • Manage and track funded project budgets in collaboration with the Finance Manager
    • Act as a trusted partner to HR Management Team by providing project insights and change communications
    • Govern the Solution Change Process and manage lifecycle artefacts
    • Own the development and maintenance of the Transformation Roadmap and engage with project managers for progress reviews
    • Align with Enterprise PMO and support stage gate materials development

    Requirements

    • Experience as a Programme Manager or PMO lead in HR business and technology transformation environments
    • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
    • Experience working with Finance and IT departments
    • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
    • Proven track record of managing competing priorities and tight deadlines
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Excellent written and oral English language skills
